CSC operates 8:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday to Friday for routine matters, and 24/7 for emergencies such as fire, flooding, or earthquakes that make a home unsafe or uninhabitable.

Operational Matters
Operational tenancy and maintenance issues are not handled by the Integrity Line. Examples include:
- Repairs to the interior or exterior of the building (including appliances, hot water and heating, structural or building defects, etc.)
- Utility & service supply issues (including water, power or gas connections, outages, meter problems; or waste service missed collections, etc.)
- Scheduled works & access (including contractor appointments, rescheduling of appointments, notice of entry & communication, etc.)
- Routine tenancy administration (including rent payments and arrears, household changes, pets, parking and storage concerns, etc.)
These must be referred to CSC on 0800-801-601 or enquiries1@kaingaora.govt.nz.
