Issues you can report to NZ Post anonymously:

If the matter does not meet the definition of serious wrongdoing and is related to bullying, harassment or discrimination we strongly recommend using our existing interpersonal workplace processes and channels for reporting.

If you still choose to use our Integrity line and provide your name, please be aware that natural justice might prevail, and we might not be able to treat your report as confidential. If the report is anonymous, there is also a limited ability to investigate.
